11 a.m. Orders get shipped in the order in which they are received. U.P.S. has changed their pick-up time at our back door and we apologize for the inconvenience.

TANK RENTAL BILLS TO BE SENT ONCE A QUARTER

BE AWARE THAT TANK RENTAL STATEMENTS WILL BE MAILED TO YOU ONCE A QUARTER.

IF YOU KEEP A TANK PAST 90 DAYS, RENTAL FEES WILL BE $25.00 PER MONTH. IF YOU WISH TO PREPAY 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE,
THAT IS STILL AN OPTION. THE DISCOUNT STILL APPLIES TO PREPAYMENT OF TANK RENTALS. IF YOU KEEP A TANK FOR 2 MONTHS OUT OF THE
POSSIBLE 3 MONTHS, YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED RENT FOR THOSE 2 MONTHS EVEN IF THE TANK IS RETURNED.

BE ADVISED, BIG FUN BALLOONS INC. OWNS THE TANK. YOU PURCHASE ONLY THE GAS IN THE TANK.
SALE OF OR FAILURE TO RETURN A TANK WILL BE CONSIDERED THEFT.

PRICES ON THE RISE!
Due to increases in fuel, gas, latex and helium costs, prices will continue to rise. Price increases will occur at random times based on when manufacturers see increases in raw materials. Some of those increases are as much as 12%. Most increases are 5-7%. In the past 13 years, we have not seen increases so high in so many facets of balloon products and accessories. Continue to be vigilant on your costs.

When bidding for special events, it’s a good idea to put in a clause such as “Prices are subject to change when contracts are not returned within 14 days with a deposit."
 This could help protect some of your profit margins.
